Operating a range of modern CNC machines, CNC lathes, NC machining centre, numerous manual lathes (up to 5m lathe beds) as well as universal and vertical milling machines ensures we provide fast turnaround on one-off jobs and batch production with a reputation for specialised precision machining.

Our fabrication area includes MIG, TIG and Arc welders with ticketed welders. We have one of the most advanced engineering workshops in the region, employing highly skilled and experienced tradesmen. We are able to provide our customers with extensive fabrication in all types of materials, ferrous and non ferrous. We are committed to ensuring project completion to exacting standards, on time, on budget, providing services from general engineering to onsite maintenance and installation work. Three overhead gantry cranes (from 3-5 tonne lifting capacity) enable us to handle a wide variety of fabrication work

The sheet metal area specialises in both ferrous and non ferrous fabrication and has a high definition plasma cutter that provides efficient cutting, fast turn around, producing accurate products. Our sheet metal area also includes an NC pressbrake that folds sheet metal up to 8mm thick and we also have 3.7m guillotine enabling us to provide the best for our customers.

We specialise in design, draughting, project management and product development along with mechanical, chemical and process engineering support. We offer a comprehensive range of services to the engineering industry both locally and nationally. From simple layouts and profile drawings to the advanced modelling and draughting requirements of projects, we utilise the latest Solid Works 3D modelling and AutoCAD draughting software. Experienced Project Managers ensure that all projects are run on schedule and on budget. The specifications and tolerances of our CAD/CAM drawings combine traditional with highly accurate three-dimensional production and jobbing work.
